PS5 Sales In The US Are Tracking Ahead Of PS4 On A ‘Time-Aligned Basis’

Speaking in the company’s latest sales report published yesterday, Piscatella revealed that Sony’s current-generation console are currently track ahead of PS4 after the first 29 months on the market. The PS5 has benefited from a huge boost in sales thanks to it no longer being plagued by stock shortages, and in March 2023 it came out on top as the best-selling system in units and dollars.

Earlier today it was revealed that UK sales of the PS5 were up five times in March 2023 year-on-year, offsetting a decline for other hardware last month.
